Warranty Terms

All users who make purchases on our website are deemed to have read and accepted these terms and conditions.
Devices and in-app products (credits, plans) sold under the OBDeleven brand are covered by the following warranty terms.
1. Warranty Period
- For new devices: A1-year warranty is provided from the date of purchase .
- In-app credits and subscription plans are digital services and are not covered by the warranty.
2. Warranty Coverage
The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship. The following situations are not covered by the warranty:
- Cosmetic damage (scratches, dents, etc.)
- Batteries and other consumable parts (included only if there is a manufacturing defect)
- Damage caused by external factors such as water, impact, excessive electrical stress, or fire
- Interventions by unauthorized persons, software or hardware modifications
- Use contrary to the user manual
3. Warranty Services
The following procedures may be performed within the warranty period and provided the conditions are met:
- Free repair of the device (using new or refurbished parts)
- Exchange for an equivalent new or refurbished device
- Refund of the purchase price (after the discount)
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
4. Warranty Claim
- Please submit your warranty claim along with your order details via email or the support form.
- Pack the device in its original packaging, along with the receipt and any other documents.
- Shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
- If the defect is confirmed once the product is received by us, the relevant warranty procedures will be initiated.
5. Legal Notices
- The software and services are provided "as is"; no guarantee is made that they will operate without interruption or error.
- OBDeleven does not assume responsibility for your vehicle's manufacturer's warranty.
- Any risks arising from modifications made to the vehicle are the responsibility of the user.
