1. When will my order be shipped?
- Orders placed on weekdays are typically shipped the same day if the product is in stock.
- Orders placed on weekends and public holidays will be processed on the first business day.
2. My order hasn't arrived yet. Where is it?
- When your order is shipped, we will send you the tracking number via email or text message.
- You can track your shipment in real time on the shipping company's website using this tracking number.
3. Which shipping company will deliver my order?
- All our shipments are made via Aras or Yurtiçi Kargo.
- Delivery time is typically 1–3 business days, depending on your location.
4. Do you deliver on public holidays?
- No shipments are processed on public holidays.
- Orders placed during the holiday period will be shipped on the first business day following the end of the holiday.
5. Does next-day delivery apply to all orders?
- Next-day delivery is available only for certain areas and for items currently in stock.
- You can check whether your area is eligible through the shipping company.
6. Do I need to be at the address when the delivery arrives?
- You must be present at the address to receive the package when it is delivered.
- A family member or someone you’ve authorized can sign for and receive the package on your behalf.
